On April 29, 2015 Midclear’s ordinary general assembly appointed the following members for a term of three years:

2. Central Bank of Lebanon represented by :
3. Me. Roger Assi
During the board meeting that followed, Mr. Fouad EL Khoury was reelected as Chairman-General Manager of the company.
